I can't say enough positive things about Marie. Aside from selling our house at a fair market value, she also helped find our dream home and negotiate at an affordable price. At one point, we thought we found our dream home and placed a deposit down with our offer. Marie strongly suggested we have a test done on the exterior stucco, due to some marks near the window frames. This test is not required, and the $1500 cost would fall directly to the potential buyer. Long story short, there was over $130k of stucco and water damage covered up on the 4 exterior walls of the house. We would have never even considered this test without Marie's strong urging and professional experience. We eventually did find our dream home, and have Marie to thank.
