After getting rid of my original realtor that appeared to be waiting for an order, I hired Marie based on the fact she had sold another home in my development. She took the bull by the horns and really marketed my house aggressively. Original realtor wanted a year long contract that had an out after 6 month. Marie only wanted a 90 day contract saying she was confident she would sell it sooner than that. 31 days later, we were under contract. All aspects of her service were excellent, but the only measure that really matters was did she sell my house, and she did!

Marie assisted my wife and me with purchasing a new home in the Philadelphia suburbs during the COVID-19 pandemic and we couldn't have been more impressed and pleased with the level of service she provided.
